Understanding the Twelves
Subjective collaboration through geometric group meditation.
We are an advanced meditation group with members across the globe engaging in conscious energy work to harness and expand goodwill worldwide. Twelves creates a vortex of light that utilises spiritual energy for transformation. We work together in group formation in service of humanity.
The journey of Twelves began in 1975 when founder Steven Chernikeeff received early impressions from a spiritual source. The Twelves group was launched at midnight of New Year's Eve 1981. The concept of Twelves was outlined in July 1982 and from these early beginnings more than forty years ago, Twelves has grown into a global group with members on every continent except Antarctica.
Today, we practice daily meditations in groups of three – known as Triangles – along with Full Moon group meditations, Twelve Gates Rituals, Ashram meditations and Burning Ground Twelves. Through these practices we are building a united vibration of goodwill, light and love. Our meditations take place remotely: some occur over Zoom and others are performed in members' own time.
Twelves draws inspiration from the teachings of the Tibetan, Djwhal Khul (DK), found in Alice A. Bailey's Discipleship in the New Age Vol I and II. This website contains details of our primary sources of inspiration and culmination, which is the work. If you are interested in the work of the Twelves, and if you wish to join in the work, check the resources page.
What the work is
The Twelves represent a specific model of spiritual service based on the science of triangles and geometric alignment. Small groups of dedicated individuals collaborate at pre-determined times to form a "body of light" that facilitates the inflow of higher energies.
Our goal is to act as a transformer for planetary energy, refining the quality of the human thought-atmosphere and supporting the work of the Great White Lodge in a practical, subjective manner.
What it is not
- Not a Religion: We do not require adherence to a specific dogma or deity. Our work is scientific and subjective.
- Not for Personal Gain: This meditation is purely for planetary service. We do not focus on personal healing or material manifestation.
- Not a Social Club: While we value community, our primary focus is the rhythmic discipline of the work itself.
- Not Psychism: We emphasize mental focus and heart-centering rather than lower-astral visions or phenomena.
Who it's for
This work is designed for the "Server" those who have reached a point in their evolutionary journey where they wish to give back to the world through disciplined effort.
